Hi! My name is
Ms. Allbritton and I am SO excited to get to be your teacher this year! It’s
going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures and I can’t
wait to see what the year has in store for us. I want to know ALL about you,
but first I’m going to tell you a few things about
me.
I
was born and raised in Centennial, Colorado and I am the oldest of 3. I have a
twin sister Elise, (that I am still 2 minutes older than!), and a younger
brother Alex, who is a baseball player. I LOVE them so much. When I graduated
from high school I moved to Waco to attend Baylor University…Sic
‘Em! I majored in Elementary Education
and also stayed and got my masters in Educational Psychology.
I’ve
taught Gifted and Talented pullout, technology classes at Baylor, summer
Robotics classes, and I would still say that 2nd grade is my
favorite out of them all.
I
am expectant for the awesome adventure ahead of us and thankful for the
absolute privilege it is to get to be your teacher. I know we will have a
lovely year of new friendships, ‘aha’ moments, hard work, crazy fun, and a
deeper love of learning all around.
If
you ever have any questions, feedback, input, concerns, etc. PLEASE don’t
hesitate to contact me. I really value your input and support and am very
thankful for your partnership in making this a great year.
